Estriella $3.50

Estriella looked bombproof in a recent trial.

The talented I Am Invincible mare has smashed her own age and sex the past twelve months, and she deserves her shot at the top level on Saturday.

Her versatility is well beyond her years and experience, and she looks well-placed to give this a shake first up.

Champion jockey Blake Shinn already has a winning association with the classy four-year-old, and I suspect the pair will taste Group 1 glory together throughout the spring.

Hard to toss!

Lady Of Camelot gets in well under the weight-for-age scale.

The Golden Slipper champion doesn’t know how to run a bad race, and she is a flying machine.

The flashy filly has trialled up supremely leading into the spring, and the 1000m looks ideal fresh.

This is her acid test!

Pericles $2.20

Pericles was brilliant without winning fresh in the P.B. Lawerence Stakes.

The Street Boss gelding will strip fitter after his recent outing, and he looks incredibly hard to beat stepping out in trip.

The form around the talented five-year-old has stood up time and again, and he looks well-placed to meet easier opposition.

The primary concerns are the awkward barrier and his record at the track.

Attrition is a star in the making.

The Group 1 winner has returned to racing with an ominous performance over an unsuitable distance, and I suspect he has the spring at his mercy.

It may pay dividends to follow The Churchill entire throughout this campaign and beyond, and a win here wouldn’t shock.

The big weight and carpark draw make his assignment tricky, and I suspect he needs another run under his belt.

Home Rule $14.00/$3.50

Home Rule won at the track and trip at his latest outing.

The Rebel Raider gelding dug deep in the shadows, and he meets a similar field on Saturday.

From barrier two, he can occupy the box seat throughout, and if the gaps appear at the right time, I expect him to fight out the finish.

The consistent commodity has the fitness edge on the majority of his rivals, and he looks well placed to make it back-to-back victories.

Verdad resumes after a nice display at the jumpouts.

The Justify gelding is arguably the class run over the field, and his best form reads well for this event.

From barrier one, he can roll forward and pilot the field, and if he doesn’t get caught in an early-speed battle, he can pinch this event before they pass the school.

I would prefer to promote him deeper into his campaign over further.

QUADDIE

Q

$108 for 50%

Epimeles and Public Attention will battle out in the opening leg of the quaddie.

Both look very progressive, and I suspect this could be the first of many clashes.

Attrition, Pericles, and Pounding will fly the flag in the So You Think Stakes, while I Wish I Win, Estriella, and Lady Of Camelot will all be prominent in a fascinating edition of the Group 1 Moir Stakes.

It’s a field job in the lucky last!

Leg 1: 2, 3
Leg 2: 1, 2, 7
Leg 3: 1, 6, 8
Leg 4: Field
