NBA June 9th, Tips and Previews

76ers v Hawks

June 9th

The Philadelphia 76ers are going to do battle with the Atlanta Hawks 76ers who will be hungry for a win, coming off a close loss 128-124 points at home last game.

The flying Hawks looked great last game and stormed off to an early lead against the 76ers. Winning the rebounding battle thanks to their big man Clint Capela who pulled down 10 boards. Trae Young put in a huge performance recording 35 points, 10 assists and 2 rebound.

The 76ers will be looking to bounce back with their star Joel Embiid hungry to make amends for last game. 76ers were ranked in the top 5 in the regular season for defensive stands, so they should hold the Hawks to a low score and cover the line in this one.

Our hometown boy Ben Simmons will elevate his game, after struggling from the line going 3-10. Ben will provide more of a dynamic scoring option and shot above 60% from the free throw line.

I have no doubt the 76ers will win this one comfortably.

SUGGESTED BET:

Philly -8.5 @ $1.9

Jazz v Clippers

June 9th

Clippers look set to take on the Jazz at Vivint Arena.

This entire series is literally a coin flip. It’s one of the hardest games to pick.

Clippers will be coming off a magical performance against the Dallas Mavericks winning Game 7 104-97.

Their star Kawhi Leonard, had an impact on both sides of the floor in that series. He can lock up your star player and score buckets on the other end.

Meanwhile the Jazz have had the week off to rest their men. Donovan Mitchell will be hoping to be Spider Man against the Clippers and be springing from one end to the other, scoring buckets all over the court.

Ty Lue seems to understand his group strengths internally with Reggie Jackson, Paul George and Nicholas Batum all having a major impact.

We will be expecting this momentum continues in Salt Lake City. Our surprise pick will be the Clippers to cover the +2.5 line in this contest.

SUGGESTED BET:

Clippers +2.5 @ $1.90
