Soobooco $2.90
Soobooco was ultra-impressive first-up at Wyong.
The Sooboog gelding put his rivals to the sword a long way from home, and he looks well placed to continue his winning ways.
The step up to Benchmark 64 shouldn’t hold any fears for the rising four-year-old, and I expect this talented commodity to go through his grades successfully over the coming months.
From barrier four, he can roll forward and take luck out of the equation, and if he runs out a strong 1100m, I expect him to win.
Oceans One will have supporters after a last-start demolition at Scone.
The Super One gelding led his rivals a merry dance on top of the speed, and it was an easy watch for favourite punters.
From barrier two, he can sit in the box seat, and if the leaders leave the kettle on during the race’s early stages, he can capitalise late.
The class rise is the primary concern.

Lovero $3.70
Lovero snatch defeat from the jaws of victory at her latest outing.
The Astern mare looked home and hosed before coping interference at a crucial stage.
Both runs of this preparation have been rock-solid, and I suspect she is ready to peak third-up from a spell.
From barrier six, she can sit midfield with cover; if she has a change of fortune, I expect her to figure in the finish.
Her winning record is the biggest deterrent.
Shezanalister is racing in great spirit.
The Star Turn filly has caught the quinella this preparation, and she looks well placed, dropping significantly in grade.
The 2kg apprentice claim brings her into all winning conversations, and the firmer track plays into her favour.
The awkward barrier is her biggest obstacle.

Harper's Siren $6/$1.75
Harper’s Siren turned heads during her debut campaign.
The Astern filly resumes in a winnable race, and her recent barrier trial was first-class.
From barrier three, she should get the run of the race just behind the speed, and if the gaps appear at the right time, she can get the maiden monkey off the back.
The 1200m looks ideal fresh, and there has been good money for her in early betting.
Lara’s Laulet is ready to win.
Both runs this campaign have caught the eye of punters, and the drop back to six furlongs could prove a masterstroke.
From the inside draw, the Lonhro filly will push forward and take up her favourite role as race leader, and if she can control the tempo throughout, she may prove hard to run down.
The early pressure may be her undoing.
QUADDIE

$54 for 300%
Whydubaime and Boston Rocks will fly the flag in the opening leg of the quaddie.
Both have been well supported in a very competitive race.
Dressel, Flying Birds, and Sidenay look to have the second leg at their mercy, while I expect Flying Shelly, Shezanalister, and Lovero to fight out the penultimate event.
Our best bet, Soobooco, can finish the day on a winning note for the punters!
