Best Bet - Warwick Farm Race 7

Insurrection $2.15

Insurrection looks the good thing of the day on a tricky program for punters!

The Russian Revolution gelding has been ultra-consistent this campaign, and he finds his race on Wednesday.

He is well weighted after the 3kg apprentice claim and looks better than his opposition on exposed form.

His record at the distance is near perfect, and he should be rock-hard fit at this stage of his preparation.

Being drawn off the track is his biggest obstacle.

Able Willie is ready to peak.

Both runs this campaign have been eye-catching, and his next win is just around the corner.

His winning record is the biggest deterrent.

Pretty Wild $6.50

Pretty Wild keeps promising the world and delivering an atlas.

Early doors the Brazen Beau mare showed above-average ability, however, she hasn’t met the early predictions or expectations.

She drops significantly in grade on Wednesday, and this looks like her most straightforward task for some time.

If she can recapture her best form, I expect her to win.

Anagain will start one of the shortest-priced favourites of the meeting after catching the eyes of punters last start at Rosehill.

The Hinchinbrook mare looks ready to win, and she should get the run of the race from barrier three.

She meets easier opposition, and she looks well-placed to break through.

Her winning record and stats at the distance are among the primary concerns.

Mountain Top $13.00/$4.00

The first-starter Mountain Top can run a big race on debut!

Both trials have been teasing, and I suspect the So You Think filly will be cherry ripe for a first-up tilt.

The engagement of James Mcdonald is a good push, and she has been specked at a price in early betting.

The Chris Waller polish must be respected.

Stand Aside has the best-exposed form.

The Capitalist colt performed well on debut in a strong race and strips fitter here.

The 1200m is advantageous, and I expect him to look the winner on straightening.

The wide barrier may decide his fate in the first furlong.

QUADDIE

Q

$84 for 25%

Pretty Wild and Anagain can get our mid-week quaddie off to a flyer!

They look to have the opening leg between them, which has been reflected in early betting.

We have gone extremely wide in the middle two legs, while our best bet, Insurrection, can finish the day for punters on a winning note.

The Michael Freedman trained three-year-old looks ideally placed and weighted for this event.

Best of luck!
