Roweiner's Dance $1.90

Roweiner’s Dance is a winning machine!

The Sidestep gelding is aiming to make it four wins on the trot, and he looks well-placed jumping from a middle gate.

The 3kg apprentice claim could prove a masterstroke, and the big boy is ready for the step out to 1200m.

The talented two-year-old will jump, lead, and prove too strong.

Bush Diamond looks the likely challenger.

The Spirit Of Boom gelding was impressive last start at Mackay, and he can threaten the favourite if he stays out of the early speed battle.

He is still green as grass, and when the penny finally drops, he could be a serious racehorse.

Average Jane will have supporters after a consistent preparation.

The Mission filly is knocking on the door, and she comes into all winning conversations with the apprentice claim.

Her winning record is the primary concern.

Cold Power $8.00

I am very bullish about Cold Power.

The Choisir gelding has been game in defeat during several outings this preparation, and he looks ready to win, stepping out to his pet distance.

His record at Cluden Park is exceptional, and he should get the run of the race Friday from an inside draw.

The seven-year-old is racing and has great spirit, and I expect late market support with Chris Whiteley in the saddle.

Bay Of Bengal is poised to strike after filling the minor placings at his last three starts.

He looked the winner at his latest run and is ideally placed stepping out to his favourite distance.

If he can sit midfield with cover, I expect him to make his presence felt when the whips are cracking.

Hurtle can threaten despite needing to carry the grandstand.

The Capitalist gelding was an impressive winner at the track last start, and he will roll forward and make his luck on the top of the speed.

The wide barrier is his biggest obstacle.

Forgiato $7.50/$2.50

Forgiato is over the odds.

The Super Easy gelding has been thereabouts this campaign, and he finally gets out to his ideal trip here.

From the middle gate, he can push forward and find pole position, and if he can pinch some cheap sectionals in the run, the fat lady will be warming up the vocal cords on straightening.

His recent winning percentage is an issue.

Putsch can threaten after a bit of freshen-up and a change of stables.

The Vadamos gelding only needs to bring his Victorian form to be competitive.

The former Michael Kent trained four-year-old meets more accessible opposition, and he looks well-placed to make a successful start to his Queensland racing career.

Koonunga Hill is ready to peak.

Both runs this preparation have been eye-catching, and the Exceed And Excel gelding should get a dream run in transit jumping from an inside gate.

He needs to convert teasing performances into victories.

QUADDIE

Q

$56 for 100%

Cold Power is the standout selection in the opening leg of the quaddie.

The Choisir gelding has been knocking on the door, and he finds a suitable race on Friday.

Don’t Tell Leeanne and Redavni fly the flag in the second leg, while Smart Image and Go Getaboy will have an arm wrestle in the third.

We have gone extremely wide in the day’s final event, looking for some value and insurance!
