Carlton and Fremantle meet at Marvel Stadium.

The market for this fixture is a slight head scratcher with Fremantle coming into as the favourite.

Carlton was gallant in defeat against Richmond in treacherous conditions at the MCG and a game which suited the Tigers game plan.

Even with a host of injuries to its back half, the Blues have stood up tall in defence and also look set to regain Adam Cerra from a hamstring niggle.

Carlton is undefeated at Marvel Stadium this season and it’s hand-ball centric plan around the stoppages suits the dry deck under the roof to a tee.

SUGGESTED BET:

Carlton head to head at $2.10

Richmond is in some white-hot form at the moment.

The Tigers enter this clash against Geelong after are a hard-fought victory against Carlton in the wet.

Geelong, meanwhile, looked a touch flat despite knocking off West Coast in Perth last weekend.

There was much made about Geelong’s ‘heavy’ training load during the bye round and it was used as the reason it come out looking slightly of its game.

Having brushed off the cobwebs, the Cats will need to be at their absolute best to knock off a Richmond team which will welcome back Dustin Martin.

There seems to be a sense of timing about the Tigers for this clash, even without Noah Balta and Trent Cotchin, there is enough in there to be beating up on the Cats.

MCG suits the Tigers down to a tee.

SUGGESTED BET:

Richmond head to head at $1.96

Hear us out with this one.

North Melbourne to get its second win of the season.

Yes, it might sound crazy, but the Roos can knock off Adelaide down at Blundstone Arena.

The home team will get a host of player back from injury including Cameron Zuhaar and Ben McKay.

Adelaide is not exactly travelling in good form either and collapsed late in its game against Gold Coast to go down by 43 points.

Kanga Kanga Kanga Roo Roo Roo!

SUGGESTED BET:

North Melbourne head to head at $3.60

Melbourne will be keen to put a bad fortnight in the rear-view mirror.

Expect a fast start and the bye round for Ben Brown should see him find a bit of that lost form.

He will be the main focal point up front for the Demons who have now had time to figure out a plan to deal with the absence of Tom McDonald.

SUGGESTED BET:

Ben Brown first goal at $11
