Broncos vs. Raiders
June 11th
The enigmatic Canberra Raiders take the trek to Queensland for their match against the Broncos at Suncorp.
You just shake your head with the Raiders sometimes.
Dropping games they should win and then winning as underdogs like they did against Sydney last year.
But the story of the season, thus far, has been the Broncos meteoric rise from the bottom.
Adam Reynolds has been phenomenal for the Broncos this season and his return from a hamstring injury is going have the gold and burgundy fans up and about.
Raiders had the fortune of Sydney missing a host of players due to origin duty, they likely will not have that factor to rely upon here.
SUGGESTED BET:
Broncos -4.5 x A. Reynolds anytime try at $3.80
Wests vs. Sea Eagles
June 12th
What a wretched week it has been for Wests Tigers as they head into this game without Michael Maguire as head coach.
Maguire was sensationally sacked this week and all eyes are firmly planted on who will replace him rather than whether or not they get a win this week against Manly.
The Sea Eagles have had a disastrous season on the injury front, but they did restore some pride by flogging New Zealand.
There is just too much negative news and energy in the Tigers camp to be tipping them here.
Manly to make it two on the bounce.
SUGGESTED BET:
Sea Eagles 13+ at $3.50
Knights vs. Panthers
June 12th
Newcastle takes the underdog when it faces the reigning premier in Round 14.
It will be a test to see how the likes of Nathan Clearly, Stephen Crichton and Brian To’o pull up from Origin duty and if they actually play at all.
You want to be keeping your eyes peeled to the team announcements for this fixture.
The Knights can cause a few headaches in the central position should the Panthers field a weakened side.
Zac Lomax is the very man who can cause the damage.
Panthers should win, regardless of the ins and outs, but the Knights can cover the line.
