Has to contend with a weight rise, but will likely press forward from the wide barrier to off-set that weight impost.
He has already been nicely tried in the betting, which suggests Will Price will be heading to the lead and he does a significant starting price advantage of Pristine Image from the last time they met.
Drying track suits him and will be hard to beat.

The only horse in this race who has any genuine gate speed that we can rely upon even he is yet to have a race start.
Showed great dash at his jump outs and the booking of Linda Meech tells us exactly what we want to see on the tight-turning Hamilton track; the stable want the lead and will get it.
This looks the perfect starting point for this speedy Snitzel colt and expect him to start much shorter than the $2.7 on offer.

This race looks to favour Diamonds and Rust much better than her first two runs this preparation.
She has been getting too far back and attempting to flash home on rain-effected tracks which has thwarted her winning chances.
Getting back onto a good track and with a speed map that has the lead up for grabs plus the addition of Dean Yendall, should see this mare stride to the lead and use her growing fitness base to full effect.
