Fantasia's Choice
Fantasia’s Choice will be lapping getting his toe in the ground of wet Wangaratta track.
He has a competitive advantage over the majority of this field having had two solid runs over 2000 metres meaning he is rock-hard fit.
It is exactly what you need to be in order to run a strong 2000-metre race and the big tick with the Mark Thomas gelding is his ability to handle the wet tracks.
His only win in 10 career starts came on heavy going which he gets here.

Pedal Power is ready to run a big race on debut after some nice trials and jumpouts heading into this 1100-metre maiden.
He was most recently sighted at the Ararat jumpouts last week over 850 metres and was given a very quiet time of it in the straight.
The three-year-old colt trained by Patrick Payne ended up finishing fourth in the jumpout without raising too much of a sweat to the eye.
Regular stable jockey Billy Egan takes the ride and that is always a good sign.
Expect him to settle midfield with cover and hit the line hard late in the race to run over the top of the leaders.

Double Dink turns up here under the guidance of local trainer Jody Thompson who has given two solid jumpouts to get this galloper ready for his resuming run.
It has been seven weeks since his latest public jumpout and he seems to be going quite well after winning in that effort over 820 metres on the inner synthetic surface of Wangaratta.
He won first-up in his last campaign, so he has a clear liking to racing with freshness in his legs.
Previously, the market has suggested he has a liking to wet tracks with some short single priced starting prices when racing on soft seven surfaces.
