Manchester City welcomes a struggling Arsenal to the Etihad after it opened its account in the league with a 5-0 thumping over Norwich.
Arsenal, meanwhile, suffered a 2-0 London Derby defeat at the hands of Chelsea to be resigned in the bottom four of the table after two weeks.
Thankfully, though, the Gunners will welcome back captain and star striker Piere-Emerick Aubameyang as well as Alexandre Lacazette.
The Gunners are yet to score a goal in the league this season and Pep Guardiola will keen to keep that record imposed on his former assistant Mikel Arteta.
The feel-good mood around the Etihad just continues to gain momentum and if the signing of Jack Grealish to command the midfield was not enough, the almost certain announcement of Cristiano Ronaldo to lead the line might just have the joint at fever-pitch.
Arsenal is going to need a miracle, not only to score, but to find a way to a result.

West Ham vs. Crystal Palace

West Ham United may have found the fortune that is always hiding and could very well be blowing those bubbles of hope into the air when it faces Crystal Palace.

Patrick Viera has been tasked with the job of guiding Palace through the season and scored his first points in charge after a 0-0 draw against Brentford.
The French champion will know Michail Antonio is the main threat for West Ham in the front half after his late double handed the Hammers a 4-1 win over Leicester.
Expecting this to be a much tougher match than what David Moyes’ men have faced thus far, but they should have enough to get the job done.

Chelsea vs. Liverpool

A battle of Premier League heavyweights takes place when Liverpool greets Chelsea to the hostile surroundings of Anfield this weekend.

This shapes as a season-defining outcome so early in the campaign with the momentum of a win this potential proving a catalyst for a league-winning run.
Let’s not forget what Liverpool did before injury was cruelly dealt upon its squad last season.
