NRL Round 16, Tips and Previews

Knights vs. Titans

July 1st

12th on the table and last on the table meet when the Knights and Titans try to find a way to victory – a rare thing for both teams this season.

The Titans have lost 10 of their last 11 and there is no real light at the end of the tunnel for them.

However, the Knights will be without their gun fullback Kalyn Ponga who is set to miss with concussion.

An intriguing game with the market giving us the hint Gold Coast is a sniff.

Do we smell an upset?

Probably not.

SUGGESTED BET:

Knights to win at $1.82

Cowboys vs. Broncos

July 2nd

Yeee haww ride ’em Cowboys!

North Queensland looks to lock down fourth spot for another week when it plays the Broncos on Saturday.

In a state-born rivalry, there will be no love lost between these teams and with Adam Reynolds coming back into the Brisbane team, it will no doubt bring spark into this contest.

Reynolds is just such an integral player to this Broncos team and, while the Cowboys might be flying, the Broncos can cause an upset.

SUGGESTED BET:

Broncos win at $2.55

Warriors vs. Tigers

July 3rd

What a homecoming this is going to be for New Zealand when it plays its first game in over two years at Mt Smart Stadium.

The Warriors will be facing Wests Tigers in a game that is sure to leave a tear in the eye of the Kiwi faithful after having to shack up away from due to the pandemic.

Surely, just surely, the Warriors come out guns blazing to find their way to victory in front of their home fans.

SUGGESTED BET:

Warriors -4.5 at $1.90
