The only reason we are getting anything over $2 is because of the barrier.
He is the clear class horse of this field and rates miles better than anything in this field aside from Artorius who actually draws a poor barrier for his racing style.
There is usually good early pace in most Guineas’ and this looks no exception.
The early pace will allow the field to string out enough in order for Damien Oliver to find a spot in the three-wide running line with cover.
This horse has an incredible sustained sprint that will wallop this field should he get the run-in-transit we predict.

Brereton $3.5
Brereton has put together to very nice jump outs in preparation for his debut at Caulfield over 1000 metres.
He looks to have early speed to burn as he did a fantastic job to keep up with The Wizard King at Cranbourne over 800 metres without being asked to raise a sweat.
Travelled like a true professional in the run to the line at his most recent jump out with his head carriage and stride in the mould of the $1,000,000 price-tag he was purchased for at the sales.
Barrier six should see him settle in the lead and he will be the one to run down.
Best Roughie - Race 9

Tofane $13/$3.70
Tofane has been criminally underrated by the market here.
She is a deadset marvel who had to deal with a brutally run mile race at Flemington in the Makybe Diva last start.
She went toe-to-toe with Incentivise who is arguably the best horse in the country at the moment.
The six-year-old mare only finished a length off him and this race actually sets up a bit better for her, where she can relax and get some cover rather than cutting the breeze and sitting outside the lead like she did nearly a month ago.
Not too worried about the weight as she is the clear class horse of the field.
