Bendigo Trots September 11th, Tips and Previews

Best Bet - Race 10

1

Denis Williams $3.3

Dennis Williams has the talent to win this race with ease, but he consistency mixes his form.

He has started hard in the market as this last three starts and yet to notch up a win, but gets his opportunity to lead from the marker pegs in this race.

Should the Simone Walker-trained and driven galloper find the top and hold down the lead, expect this pacer to be winning.

Next Best - Race 6

13

Majestuoso $2.8

We heavily tipped Majestuoso who got the prize for us last start and there is no reason to hopping off him here.

The five-year-old gelding trained by the Gath family scored in impressive fashion last week to win TR-Group 3 Melton Trotters over 2100 metres.

He strode clear by nearly six metres to bolt away from his main rivals.

He will have to contend with a 10-metre handicap as well, but given how brilliantly he is going that should be no problem.

Expect him to settle in the rear half of the field and then use his turn of speed to bolt over the top late in the race.

Best Roughie - Race 3

7

Brandlo Prince $7.5/$2.4

Brandlo Prince is ready to win now having run his last six times without a victory.

He actually did a good job in the Group 3 Melton Trotters FFA over 2100 metres at this track.

Beaten by nearly 10 metres to the in-form star of the harness circuit called Majestuoso, he battle on gamely to run fifth of eight runners.

This looks more suitable for him given the perfect trailing role in behind the leaders he should be afforded.

Quaddie

$50 for 833%

Quaddie (Races 5, 6, 7, 8)

An exciting quaddie with a pair of Group 1 races to try and figure out.

Majestuoso comes up a well backed elect in the markets and he is out best of the night, so we will take him one out in the quaddie.
