Signor Fangio looks ready to explode upon his debut run in Australia.
The 4yo gelding imported from New Zealand was under a vice grip as he sailed towards the line in a jumpout on August 5 jump out behind Zion, Anirishman and Scorched Earth who have come out and run very well since.
He followed that effort up with a strong jump out on August 17.
Loved the way he jumped super and was asked to ease his gallop in order to drop in behind the speed and settle into a perfect stride.
He made up a stack of ground of Annavisto who is a city-performed horse and all this form indicates us toward a big effort first-up.

Dancing Duck $5
Dancing Duck is rock hard fit leading into this race and is deep into her preparation, but continues to race well.
The five-year-old mare struck a heap of trouble during her run in a BM-58 over 2050 metres at Wodonga last start.
She did a fantastic job to charge through the line, finish as close as she did and run one of the last 200-metre sectionals of the program.
Her last two months have seen her race in career best form and there is nothing to suggest that will drop away now.
Michael Poy takes the ride from barrier two and with even luck she can win this race.

Villanaire $10/$3
Villanaire has been racing well enough to suggest he can run a bold race here.
He has trudged his way through very heavy tracks at his last two starts and has actually done a good job considering his circumstances.
The Chris Davies-trained gelding raced in BM-70 company at Moe at fortnight ago and whacked away to finish midfield.
A step down in grade and onto a drying track should see his chances improve dramatically.
