An Arrowfield Stud-owned sprinter who possesses great talent.
He won on debut as an odds-on elect after having to sit deep without cover.
The Michael, John and Wayne Hawkes colt was as green as a billiard table top in the straight and run around like a drunken sailor, but was still smart enough to surge towards the line for victory.
He then went up against some of the best two-year-old sprinters in the country and finish two lengths off star colt Anamoe.
The stable opted to put him away and he returns here off two nice trials.

Brazen Gem gets what we call in the racing ‘the golden switch.’
This is where a horse goes from an inside barrier to an outside barrier and that is situation with this Bjorn Baker-trained sprinter.
She jumped from barrier one last start at Randwick Kensington over 1150 metres and almost scored victory.
The thought of process here is that the wide barrier should see her have full momentum hitting the bend rather than the stop-start nature she had to deal with last start.
Great shout at double-figure odds.
