Tooradin is yet to run outside of the top two this preparation and looks set to cap off a brilliant preparation with a victory at Flemington.
He won in a snail’s crawl at Caulfield over 2400 metres last start after controlling the speed and leading from start to finish in what was his first ever run beyond 2000 metres.
That effort is going to see him physically peaking for this 2500-metre event and the VOBIS Gold prize money is added incentive for the stable and owners.

Tofane might be a risk at the mile, but she is going too well to not have her as a serious chance in this Group 1 Makybe Diva Stakes.
The race actually looks to set up perfectly for her sharp turn of foot with a lack of early speed forecast in this race.
There is no clear and obvious leader in this event, so Craig Williams will be tasked with settling this six-year-old right up on the speed of what looks to be a sit and sprint.
If this is not a truly run test then she is the one who possess the acceleration to have the edge over this field.

Bonvicini usually goes well when racing fresh and gets that situation here.
She resumes from a spell with her first-up record reading three wins from five attempts.
The five-year-old mare has had two solid trials over 990 metres and 800 metres at Cranbourne to get her ready for this.
Ciaron Maher & Dave Eustace targeted this race with her last year and she ended up running third behind Pretty Brazen and Arcadia Queen.
She will enjoy a nice run from barrier five and looks a good each-way play.

Going to risk a few horses in the market throughout all four legs in the hope we find some value to inject into this quaddie.
Instant Celebrity looks a risk at the price as does Incentivise in the Makybe Diva.
