Peregrinus resumes here after a failing to win a maiden in his first preparation but looks set to breakthrough today.
He has since been gelded and has put together a nice trial and jumpout to get ready for this assault at 1100 metres at Echuca.
He ran well behind the likes of Wegobam and Beltoro who have both gone on to collect cheques in Saturday races.
Jockey Harry Coffey is riding form as well which breeds more confidence in this bet.

Jukila $3
Jukila is starting to become a bit of a money muncher but the seven-year-old Lucas Cranach gelding gets his chance to find that elusive win today.
He was simply outclassed at BM-70 level on a heavy nine surface over 2400 metres.
Back to BM-64 will see him near enough to winning and the drop down in distance is actually favourable here given the lack of speed in the race.
Harry Coffey just needs to be nice and positive from the inside barrier as so to not get strung up in between horses and trying to make up ground in a slowly run race.

Star Finder just found the 1100 metres at Casterton a little too sharp last start.
The Vince Malady-trained sprinter finished four lengths off eventual winner Ashford Street after having to too much work in the run from a wide barrier.
The last time he raced at 1200 metres in BM-58 grade was two starts ago when winning by a narrow margin at Casterton.
He is going to have to carry 61kgs in this race but given he started a $4.4 elect in a similar race to two starts ago the $17 on offer looks enormous.
Happy to have a little each-way play at a long price.
