It'sourtime $5.00
It’sourtime savaged the line late in the Bletchingly Stakes.
He meets his usual foes, Ingratiating and General Beau better at the weights and is a straight-six specialist.
The Time For War gelding is rock-hard fit, and he should get a perfect cart into the race from barrier nine.
The six-year-old is always thereabouts when the whips are cracking, and I suspect this event has been a long-range target for the campaign.
Ingratiating was an impressive last-start winner at Caulfield.
The Frosted gelding showed his class, and he put his rivals to the sword a long way from home.
From barrier three, he can roll forward and sit outside the leader, and if he handles carrying the allocated grandstand, he can figure in the finish.
His record third-up from a spell is the primary concern.

River Noire $2.90
River Noire can resume a winner.
The Winning Rupert mare is coming off a near-perfect debut campaign, and her best form reads incredibly well for this event.
She can lead the field from barrier seven to the clock tower, and if she shows her customary kick inside the final furlong, they won’t catch her.
The 1100m is ideal fresh, and she has the spring at her mercy.
Anilla is a classy customer.
The Valentia gelding has a tremendous fresh record and is undefeated at the distance.
The six-year-old will appreciate the significant drop in class and can stalk the speed from the inside draw.
The allocated weight is his biggest challenge.

Regardsmaree $16.00/$4.80
Regardsmaree is ready to win.
Both runs this campaign have been ominous, and I suspect he is ready to peak third-up from a spell.
The So You Think gelding finds his pet distance on Saturday and is a winner at Flemington.
From barrier one, he can sit midfield with over, and if Billy Egan gets him off the rail as they straighten, I expect him to figure in the finish.
Over the odds!
Berkeley Square will start favourite after a successful spring campaign.
He won three out of his six outings last preparation and was game in defeat in the VRC Derby.
His barrier trials leading into this event have been first-class, and he has been specked since markets opened.
From barrier six, he can sit one out, one back, and if he is fully wound up for a first-up tilt, he may prove too classy in the shadows.
The length of his spell is a deterrent.
QUADDIE

$84 for 100%
Our best bet It’sourtime can get the job done in the opening leg of the quaddie.
His run in the Bletchingly was superb, and he looks poised to strike in the Aurie’s Star.
I am happy to take on Brayden Star and look for some value in the eighth event on the program, while we have a handful of selections in the penultimate event.
Benedetta can finish the day on a winning note for favourite punters.
