NRL Round 10, Tips and Previews

Storm vs. Panthers

May 14th

The premiership favourites fight it out in Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium.

At a $1.90 each of two, the value just has to be with Penrith.

The reason for this is the significant injury toll Melbourne Storm has now accumulated.

Ryan Papenhuyzen will miss six weeks with a hamstring and PCL injury, which is a massive out.

Penrith will also be seething after falling to the Eels last week.

SUGGESTED BET:

Panthers head to head win at $1.90

Rabbitohs vs. Warriors

May 14th

Cannot really see any value at the line or at the head to head market in this game between the Rabbitohs and Warriors.

So, let’s steer clear of that and get stuck in the total points market.

There will be a sense of urgency for South Sydney in this game as they look to break away from the main pack clumped in the middle of the table and we have seen how shaky New Zealand’s defence is throughout 2022.

On a fast deck and weather being clear, tries galore could be the flavour of the game.

SUGGESTED BET:

Total points scored over 39.5 at $1.90

Roosters vs. Parramatta

May 15th

It is safe to say Parramatta has lived up to the hype after toppling Penrith last week and Sydney has not exactly looked like a premiership threat.

But this head to head battle is not all the one-way traffic many would predict.

The Eels are the clear favourites, but on a neutral deck and some key inclusions for the Roosters, the sentiment here is one of the market undervaluing what the ‘home team’ has to offer.

This has the smell of upset laced all over it.

Roosters the bet.

SUGGESTED BET:

Sydney Roosters win at $3.20
