Jordan Childs will likely slide forward from the wide barrier and tag the back of Grey Khan who will lead the race.
The good track is perfect for him with his two career wins coming on top of the ground.

Was just over a length away from guaranteeing her spot in the Melbourne Cup when running second in the Bart Cummings (2500m) at Flemington.
She pops up in this Geelong Cup which looks a much easier race than what she was in last start and is drawn to get the ideal run on the leader’s back from the inside barrier.
She is now rock-hard fit and possesses a sustained sprint capable of easily winning this race.
Only question mark might be the firm Geelong track, but her form is too good and she warrants being one of our best of the day.

Taking a leap of faith on Night Raid after he first-up run was too bad to be true.
She showed nice gate speed in open company at Caulfield, but faded and folded up as she cornered into the straight.
The now four-year-old mare was clearly not right that day and she is a much better horse than what she showed.
Her second-up record reads two starts for two wins, so she should spike her performance big time here.
John Allen has decided to stick with her which tells us the first-up run was a complete forgive.
