Hank The Hustler $2.2
Hank The Hustler comes into this event off a three-week base, but given his strong base of fitness, it should be no issue here.
His main danger is Gypsy Wyong who will map a few lengths ahead of him in the early part.
The advantage Hank The Hustler has is his aerobic capacity has built up to these distance ranges over a long period of time, whereas Gypsy Wyong is having his first ever start over 725 metres.
He will be hunting down Gypsy Wyong late and his strong mid-race and late sectionals should prove too strong for this field.

Mepunga Ruby $2.2
Jeffrey Britton has his two-year-old bitch Mepunga Ruby in absolutely brilliant form.
She is one of the best chasers in the country at the moment having won 10 races from her 17 career starts.
Last start she stepped out at Sandown Park over 715 metres and brained a pretty handy field when starting a $1.50 favourite.
She had a sighter here a few weeks ago where she ran second as a $1.90 elect and that should have her educated enough this circuit.
If she brings her last start form into this race she is close to unbeatable.

Carry On Star $21/$5.5
Tim Britton’s chaser Carry On Star represents a great each-way bet in this race.
Two starts ago she won in a six-dog field at Geelong in sharp time over 520 metres, but was unable to back that effort up at the Meadows over 525 metres.
She did well to stick on when running around as a $26 shot after being a bit unlucky in the run from box six.
This event, however, looks to set up much better for her with the dogs inside of her lacking the speed to probe through and lead.
She should be able to find the rail early and run a cheeky race at good odds.
