Kembla Grange November 22nd, Tips and Previews

Best Bet - Kembla Grange Race 7

Zealously $2.25

Zealously looks the best bet on a tricky and competitive program.

The Harry Angel gelding broke the track record fresh at Warwick Farm, and his second-up effort in a hot form race at Caulfield was sensational.

The four-year-old speed machine is a five-furlong specialist, and he is drawn perfectly in barrier one.

The 54kg is luxurious, and I suspect he will jump in the red.

Hard to toss!

Barber resumes with an air of expectation.

The Exceed And Excel gelding grew an extra leg last campaign for his new trainer, and I expect him to be fully wound-up for a first-up tilt.

His win in the Takeover Target is still fresh in the memory bank, and a repeat of that performance would see him figure in the finish.

Take on trust.

Estadio Mestalla $7.00

Estadio Mestalla is airbourne at present.

His first-up victory carrying 63kg over an unsuitable distance at Randwick was mind-blowing, and his latest performance in the $1,000,000 Hunter was electric.

The Galileo Gold gelding is arguably racing in career best form, and he finds a very winnable Group 3 event.

A victory here would be a great reward for his consistency and effort, and I suspect the Group 2 ‘The Ingham’ is the next assignment for the big boy.

Jumping from the beach is the biggest deterrent.

Gringotts is the class runner of the field.

The Group 1 winner under weight-for-age conditions looks poised to defend his title here, and he meets the usual suspects.

His last start victory in the Big Dance was arrogant, and the form out of that race has already stood up with Vivy Air tasting success against proven Group 1 performers.

The handicapper hasn’t missed him with 61kg, and he won’t find the bunny uncontested from the middle gate.

He is arguably going better than he was twelve months ago, and the money trail tells a story.

Collect Your Cash $10.00/$3.00

Collect Your Cash is over the odds.

The Rageese gelding has trialed well leading into his fresh assignment, and his first-up record must be respected.

The 1600m is the perfect starting point for his campaign, and he looks the likely leader on paper.

The double figure quote has been nibbled at since acceptances, and I suspect the Gai Waterhouse polish will attract further market support.

He will give a good sight as heads turn for home.

Asgarda will have supporters after producing a solid campaign to date.

The Brothers War mare is knocking on the door, and the 2kg apprentice claim brings her into all winning calculations.

Her performance in the Little Dance was brave, and she strips fitter as a result.

The sharp step-up in grade and her recent winning record are among the primary concerns.

QUADDIE

Q

$120 for 100%

Zealously has one hoof on the till in the $300,000 Warra.

The form around Rey Magnerio reads well for this event, and he is simply flying at present.

Gringotts and Estadio Mestalla can battle it out in the $1,000,000 Gong.

Both are in white hot form, and I suspect they will lock horns in the shadows.

We have a handful of gallopers flying the quaddie flag in the penultimate event on the program, while it’s field job in the lucky last.
