Best Bet - Rosehill Race 7

Bois D'argent $4.00

Bois D’argent was a stunning winner of the Lord Mayor’s Cup at Rosehill.

He meets a similar field here, and his record at the trip is near faultless.

The Annabel Neasham-trained runner will have options from the middle gate, and with even luck in transit, I expect him to figure in the finish again.

He needs to beat the handicapper and allocated weight.

Zoumon will have supporters after an impressive return to racing.

The Zoustar gelding controlled the tempo, and he looked the winner at the furlong.

He strips fitter here, and the step out to 2000m is advantageous.

The class rise is his biggest obstacle.

Space Tracker $3.60

Space Tracker will start favourite after making an impressive debut in Australia.

The Havana Gold gelding savaged the line late, and he put the writing on the wall for a forward second-up performance.

His best international form reads well for this event, and I expect the rising five-year-old to go through his grades successfully during the winter months.

He looks hard to toss!

Robusto will have supporters after an impressive on-speed win last start at Rosehill.

The Churchill gelding excels over the journey and meets similar opposition on Saturday.

From barrier seven, he will sit midfield with some cover, and if Nash Rawiller times his run right, he will figure in the finish again.

The allocated weight is his biggest challenge.

Best Roughie - Rosehill Race 2

Dr Evil $10/$3.30

Dr Evil is knocking on the door!

The Casino Prince gelding has been thereabout all campaign, and his next win is just around the corner.

The 1500m plays in his favour, and he will appreciate the significant drop in class.

He can camp on the leaders back from barrier three, and if the gaps appear at the right time, he can figure.

He is over the odds!

Deep Opinions will have supporters after recording a brilliant last-start win at Newcastle.

The Deep Field filly looks talented, and she has further natural improvement to come.

She possesses a huge engine and turn of foot, and if she sees daylight at the right time, she may prove hard to hold out.

This is her biggest test to date.

QUADDIE

Q

$30 for 100%

Bois D’argent is our standout selection in the opening leg of the quaddie.

The Toronado gelding is flying, and he looks poised to take out the day’s feature event.

It’s a field job in second-leg, while Robusto and Space Tracker will fight out the penultimate event.

Excelladus can finish the day on a winning note for punters.

Best of luck!
