Mare Of Mt Buller $3.50

Mare Of Mt Buller is racing well at present.

The Dundeel mare has savaged the line at her previous two outings, and I suspect her next victory is just around the corner.

The talented four-year-old looks well placed in this company, and the step out in trip is advantageous.

The combination of Chris Waller and James McDonald must be respected, and the flood of early money indicates another bold showing.

Watch for her late!

Quietness caught the eyes of punters first-up from a spell at Randwick.

The Bated Breath mare thrived in her Australian debut, and she put the writing on the wall for a long and fruitful campaign ahead.

The rise in trip suits her to a tee, and she strips fitter as a result of her ominous fresh performance.

It may pay dividends to watch for any significant market support.

Firestorm $4.20

Firestorm is a model of consistency.

All runs this preparation have been rock-solid, and she deserves her shot at Group 1 glory on Saturday.

The 1400m suits at this stage of her preparation, and I suspect the time-honoured feature event has been a long-range target from the astute camp.

The enigmatic four-year-old will thrive at the level weights, and I suspect she is ready to explode on the big stage.

Her racing pattern, style, and the carpark draw are among the primary concerns.

Floozie is winning for fun at present.

The Zoustar mare is building a picket fence next to her name, and she is climbing through her grades stylishly for her new trainer.

She loves Eagle Farm more than Rough Habit, and with even luck in transit, she can continue on her winning ways.

The significant class rise is the biggest deterrent.

Chica Mojito $14.00/$3.50

Chica Mojito is over the odds.

The Zacinto mare is always thereabouts, and she find a very winnable third-up assignment on Saturday.

Both performances this campaign have been good without threatening, and she finds her pet distance here.

From barrier one, she can save every inch of turf, and if she sees clear air as they run for the doctor, she can loom to win late.

She tends to find one or two better at the pointy end of the contest.

The Inflictor will have plenty of supporters after producing a successful preparation to date.

The form around him has stood up time and again, and he was game in defeat in the Group 1 Stradbroke Handicap at his latest outing.

The 54.5kg is a luxury, and I suspect he will appreciate meeting easier opposition.

Jumping from a different suburb is his biggest obstacle.
