Warnie $2.60
Warnie has one hoof on the till!
The Highland Reel gelding has returned to racing in great order, and I suspect he has gained a few extra lengths after undergoing the ultimate gear change.
The step out in trip is advantageous, and I suspect he is ready to explode third-up from a spell.
From barrier three, the big boy can camp behind the speed throughout, and if the gaps appear as they run for the doctor, I expect him to prove too strong in the shadows.
His recent winning record is the primary concern.

Diablo Bolt $7.00
Diablo Bolt is ready to win.
The Hellbent gelding is rock-hard fit after a lengthy and fruitful campaign, and I suspect this event has been a long-range target from the astute camp.
The talented four-year-old was held up at crucial stage at his latest outing, and the form around him has repeatedly stood up.
The longer trip is advantageous, and he is ready to explode on Saturday.
He represents great each way value.
Miss Joelene will start race favourite after a solid preparation to date.
The Russian Revolution mare meets easier opposition on Saturday, and the step out to 2150m plays into her favour.
The middle gate will allow her to sit in a prominent position with some cover, and if she is presented with her run at the right time, she can loom to win.
The grandstand weight is the biggest deterrent.

Bubba's Bay $14.00/$3.60
Bubba’s Bay can run a drum at a decent price.
Both performances this campaign have been ominous, and I suspect she is ready to peak third-up from a spell.
Her record at the distance is outrageous, and she look the likely leader on paper.
If the Cable Bay mare can stack them up as they approach the final bend, she may prove hard to run down.
A must for all broader multiples and exotics.
Gerringong will have plenty of supporters after catching the eyes of punters at both outings this campaign.
The Blue Point filly oozes class; she deserves her shot at this level on Saturday.
The handicapper has missed with her with the feather weight on her back, and she has been heavily supported in most all-in markets.
Jumping from a different postcode is her biggest obstacle.
QUADDIE

$80 for 50%
We have handful of selections flying the quaddie flag in a very open edition of the T L Cooney Stakes.
Plenty of value up for grabs, and it could be the perfect way to start the opening leg.
Nothing would surprise in the Ipswich Cup, while Warnie has the Eye Liner Stakes at his mercy.
Bubba’s Bay, Kazou, Kazou, and Gerringong, may decide our fate late in the day.
Best of luck!
