Sunshine In Paris $4.20
Sunshine In Paris is racing better than it suggests in the bible.
The Invader mare hasn’t drawn a decent gate since Joe Biden was in primary school, and her horror run of carpark draws continues here.
Her last two performances have been solid without threatening, and I suspect she is ready to produce a peak performance for the campaign on Saturday.
She is a 1200m specialist, and her best effort here could be fences and panels too strong for her rivals.
The early money should give her supporters plenty of confidence, and she is simply too classy to dismiss.
The horror draw and current track conditions are among the primary concerns.
Overpass can bounce back after producing an indifferent run in the Quokka.
The enigmatic front runner displayed his usual early speed; however, there was nothing left in the tank at the pointy end of the contest.
He looks the likely leader on paper, and if he can control the clock throughout, he will look the winner as they run for the doctor.
Pot at your own peril!

In Flight $3.50
In Flight is ready to win!
Both runs this campaign have been excellent without getting the job done, and I suspect she is ready to peak and explode third-up from a spell.
The Flying Artie mare is ultra-consistent and looks well placed in this company.
She strips fitter after her recent outings and has been heavily supported in most all-in markets.
I am yet to decide if the inside draw is advantageous or not for the traditional back marker.
Kin will have supporters after producing a resilient first-up run.
The Impending mare covered more ground than the early settlers, and she still had the audacity to savage the line in the shadows.
Her record at the distance speaks volumes, and she meets easier opposition.
The second-up record is the biggest deterrent.

Liberty Park $23.00/$5.50
Liberty Park is over the odds.
The Ocean Park gelding is coming off a forgive run, and his victory two starts back is still fresh in the memory bank.
His record at the trips speaks volumes, and he deserves his shot at this level.
The Chris Waller factor must be respected, and the current track conditions suit to a tee.
His racing pattern and style will always require an element of good fortune.
Firm Agreement will start race favourite after producing a consistent campaign to date.
The Yes Yes Yes gelding is knocking on the door, and I suspect his next victory is just around the corner.
He finds a winnable assignment on Saturday and has been backed off the map!
His recent winning record is the primary concern.
Acid test!
QUADDIE
Q
$150 for 100%
Sir Delius and Immediacy will lock horns in the opening leg of the quaddie.
Both are classy prospects, and I suspect the punters will continue to gravitate towards them until the barriers open.
In Flight looks hard to toss in the Magic Millions Bright Shadow, while several key rivals gain a gurnsey for insurance purposes.
Sunshine In Paris has one hoof on the till in a competitive edition of the Doomben 10,000, while we have a handful of runners that may decide our fate in the final event on the program.
Best of luck!
