Best Bet - Randwick Race 7

Manaal $2.50

Manaal was a brilliant last-bound winner of the Group 1 Sires Produce.

The Tassort filly snatched victory from the jaws of defeat, and she announced herself to the racing world in the process.

She looks suited to mile, and her best form looks superior to her rivals.

The enigmatic two-year-old can reel off sizzling late sectionals, and I suspect she has a huge engine under her bonnet.

Hard to toss!

Linebacker is the intriguing runner in the field.

The Super Seth colt remains undefeated, and the form around him is standing up repeatedly.

He ran good time at his latest outing, and he is ready for the step out in trip.

The significant class rise is the biggest query.

Sunshine In Paris $5.00

Sunshine In Paris is ready to explode.

Both runs this campaign have been exceptional without winning, and I suspect this is her target race for the autumn.

Her first attempt at 1400m was successful, and I suspect she will get the track conditions to suit on Saturday.

With even luck in transit, I expect her to prove too strong for her rivals later.

Group 1 glory awaits!

Private Eye is too consistent to pot.

The rising seven-year-old was impressive first up at Flemington in an all-star lineup, and he has been luckless since.

The big boy looks well placed in this company, and the 1400m won’t pose a problem for the one-time Epsom winner.

His racing pattern and style will always require an element of luck.

Renaissance Woman $12.00/$4.00

Renaissance Woman is over the odds.

She was luckless two-starts back against a significant track bias, and she will thrive over the longer trip on Saturday.

The Reliable Man mare traditionally performs well at Royal Randwick, and I suspect this is her favourite distance.

If she can recapture her best form, she will figure in the finish.

Take on trust.

Yonce is building an enviable career record.

The Proisir mare was a stunning winner, third-up from a spell at Caufield, and she was far from disgraced at her latest outing at Group 1 level.

Her record at 2000m must be respected, and I suspect she is ready to produce a peak performance for the campaign.

Jumping from another suburb is the primary concern.

$75 for 50%

Manaal has one hoof on the till in the Champagne Stakes.

The Sires’ winner will excel over the mile, and she has a devastating turn of foot.

We have a handful of selections in the All-Aged Stakes, while it looks like a two-horse war in the penultimate event on the program.

It’s a field job in the luck last!
