It'sourtime $4.60
Great edition of the Bletchingly Stakes!
It’sourtime can bounce back after being beaten as favourite at his latest outing.
The Time For War gelding is never far away, and he has managed to fill a top-four placing every run this campaign.
His best form reads incredibly well for this event, and he is a 1200m specialist.
From barrier seven, he can sit ‘one out, one back’, and if he performs up to his usual standards, I expect him to figure in the finish.
He has the habit of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Ingratiating will start favourite after an indifferent return to racing in the Group 3 Sir John Monash Stakes.
He produced sizzling late sectionals after a slow getaway and put the writing on the wall for a forward second-up performance.
His record at the track and distance must be respected, and he can sit closer to the speed from the inside draw.
If he brings his best manners to race day, he can gobble up his rivals late.

St Lawrence $2.70
St Lawrence is an owner’s dream.
The Redwood gelding is building an enviable career record, and he looks well-placed to continue on his winning ways.
His first-up win at the track was brave, and despite covering more ground than the early settlers, he kicked back and claimed an unlikely victory.
From barrier two, the rising five-year-old can roll forward and take up pole position, and if the big boy can dictate the tempo throughout, it could be curtains a long way from home.
The allocated weight is the primary concern.
Cardigan Queen can threaten after two solid performances this preparation.
The Sebring mare is ready to explode third-up from a spell, and the step out to 1400m looks ideal at this stage of her preparation.
From barrier ten, she can drift back and find her feet, and if she is presented with her run at the right time, she can greet the judge before her rivals.
This is her acid test!

Fun Sunday $10.00/$2.70
Fun Sunday is knocking on the door!
The Sebring filly is ready for the step out to 2400m, and she should be rock-hard fit after a lengthy and consistent campaign.
She usually races well at the track, and she looks to have plenty of further improvement to come.
From barrier one, she can sit in the box seat, and if she sees daylight on straightening, she will loom to win in the shadows of the post.
If the heavens open, I expect her quote to shorten significantly.
King’s Crossing will have supporters after a string of narrow losses.
The Almanzo gelding has been outstanding this campaign without winning, and his next win is just around the corner.
The drop in grade is advantageous, and with even luck in transit, I expect him to fight out the finish.
The awkward barrier may decide his fate during the race’s early stages.

$64 for 200%
Kin is one of the better bets on a very competitive racing program.
The Impending filly is flying, and she has the opening leg of the quaddie at her mercy.
Brereton and Va Via look hard to toss in the second leg, while our best bet, It’sourtime, can win the day’s feature event.
Ingratiating, General Beau and Mnementh make our selections in the penultimate event for insurance purposes. At the same time, St Lawrence, Barretta, El Rocko, and Cardigan Queen will decide our fate late in the day.
Best of luck!
