Time To Boogie $2.40

Time To Boogie is a first-up specialist.

The Sooboog gelding has turned heads and broke clocks at several recent barrier trials, and I expect him to be fully wound up for his first-up assignment.

From barrier six, he will roll forward and take luck out of the equation, and if he is allowed to control the temp over the 1000m, the fat lady could be signing before the field swing into the home straight.

The flood of money for him will continue until the barriers open.

Amnesty is a winning machine.

The Brothers War filly is putting the picket fence next to her name, and she looks dangerous jumping from barrier four.

If she can stay out of the speed battle early, she could prove too strong late for her rivals.

The allocated weight is the primary concern.

Super Friendship $5.50

Super Friendship makes his debut in Australia after arriving from Hong Kong.

His best form reads incredibly well for this event, and his recent barrier trials have been first-class.

The Starcraft gelding will drift back from the middle gate, and if he can find some cover in transit, he can storm home when the whips are cracking.

He has been well supported in early markets, and I expect a forward showing.

Chipper looks poised to strike after an impressive return to racing at Gosford over 1000m.

The step out in distance is advantageous, and the No Nay Never gelding has raced well previously second-up from a spell.

He strips fitter here, and he looks well placed meeting similar opposition.

The wide gate is his biggest obstacle.

Walk Up Start $10.00/$2.90

Walk Up Start looks over the odds.

The Hallowed Crown gelding showed fight at Hawkesbury at his latest outing, and he meets easier opposition here.

The step out to the mile is ideal at this stage of his preparation, and he should be rock-fit after his lengthy campaign.

He has been well supported at a price and finds a very winnable race on Thursday.

His winning record is the primary concern.

The Paul Perry trained Atacama is knocking on the door.

The Star Turn gelding is ready to peak, and his last two performances have been ominous.

He can sit in the box seat from barrier four, and if the gaps appear at the right time, he will fight out the finish.

He needs to be the handicapper and the allocated weight.

QUADDIE

Q

$48 for 400%

The opening leg of the quaddie looks like the toughest event on the program.

We have gone with a handful of gallopers, and it may decide our quaddie hopes and dreams early.

Divazino can get the cash for favourite punters in the second leg, while Super Friendship and Chipper have the penultimate event between them.

Our best bet, Time To Boogie, can finish our day on a winning note.

Best of luck!
