Best Bet - Sandown Race 1

Lady In Pink $2.60

Lady In Pink is flying!

She savaged the line to score at Sandown on her latest outing and caught the punters’ eye.

The Pariah filly has looked good during the early stages of her career, and she can continue on her winning ways Wednesday.

The step out to 1300m is advantageous, and the middle gate gives Blake Shinn multiple options.

If she is presented at the right time, I expect her to prove too strong late for her rivals.

Clavadatsch will have supporters after a brilliant win on debut at Cranbourne.

The Justify filly could be the real deal, and there has been a flood of money in early betting.

The class rise is her biggest obstacle.

Next Best - Sandown Race 2

1

My Brothers Keeper $4.40

My Brothers Keeper hit the line nicely last start at Flemington over 2000m.

The step out in distance is ideal at this stage of his preparation, and he looks well placed dropping back to Benchmark 78 level.

The Fiorente gelding is rock-hard fit, and if the leaders spend their pennies early, I expect him to take advantage late.

The allocated weight and tricky barrier are among the primary concerns.

Whakamana will start favourite after a consistent preparation.

The Sacred Falls filly stormed home late at Morphettville last start, and she will eat up every inch of the 2400m.

The drop in class is advantageous, and the inside draw will give her every chance to make her presence felt late.

Her winning record is the biggest deterrent.

Best Roughie - Sandown Race 8

2

The Cunning Fox $12.00/$3.80

The Cunning Fox looks over the odds.

The Reliable Man gelding has shown glimpses of his best form this campaign, and he boasts form around some serious gallopers.

He is ready to produce a peak run for the preparation, and from the perfect inside draw, he will get every chance to run out a strong 1800m.

The 3kg apprentice claim puts him into all winning conversations, and I expect him to figure in the finish.

His recent winning record is the primary concern.

Dick Whittington can run a big race at cricket-score odds.

The War Command gelding looked good first-up from a spell at Pakenham, and if he can take the next step up in grade, he is a genuine winning chance.

He is a winner second-up previously, and he should get the run of the race from barrier two.

Watch for him late!

QUADDIE

Q

$135 for 50%

Galgani and Passione can get our quaddie off to a flyer in the opening leg.

Both look poised to strike from ideal inside draws.

Scantoon, Riverplate, and Ice Pick Nick can battle out the second leg, while the third leg looks the most competitive on the program.

The Cunning Fox, Aesop, and Dick Whittington will determine our quaddie fate in the lucky last!

Best of luck!
